If your DSL Circuit appears to be down, please follow these steps
and it that does not corrct the problem, contact technical support.
Power down your DSL modem.
Power
down your router.
Power
down your computer(s).
Power
up your DSL modem.
Wait
for the "link" or "DSL" light to go solid.
Power
up your router.
Power
up your computers.
Try
access the Internet from your computer once it is completely booted
up.
