Launch Outlook Express
At the drop down menu on top, click tools/accounts

Click the "mail" tab. Click "add/mail"

Enter your name, click next

Enter your E-mail address  (johndoe@accessky.net), click next

E-mail server names (POP3) are both mail.accessky.net
Click next

Internet Mail logon, should show logon using pop account name your E-mail prefix (johndoe).
Use your full email address.   Enter your password.  Click next

Click Finish

Your new mail account will now show.  Click Properties to open it.

Click the Servers tab and check the box that says "My server requires authentication.  DO NOT check "Log on using Secure Password Authentication.
